Scope
This policy covers the Jayde Design website and related inquiry handling. It does not cover third-party
websites, platforms, calendars, CRMs, AI tools, payment processors, or other systems that a client may
choose to use in a separate project. Those services are governed by their own privacy notices and contracts.
Jayde Design is a business-to-business website. It is not intended for children, and Jayde Design does not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Information We Collect
The website currently has one primary collection point: the strategy-call request form. The website does
not provide user accounts, checkout, payment processing, public comments, file uploads, or a logged-in app.

Jayde Design may also disclose information if required by law, to protect legal rights, to prevent abuse or
security incidents, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization,

Cookies And Tracking
The website does not intentionally use advertising pixels, remarketing tags, social tracking widgets, or a
Google Analytics-style visitor profile. The site uses Vercel Speed Insights to understand website
performance. Vercel states that Speed Insights is designed to provide performance information without being
tied to an individual visitor or IP address.
The site may still involve ordinary technical storage, logs, browser requests, security checks, and
third-party processing needed to deliver the website and form service. You can control cookies and similar
technologies through your browser settings, but blocking some technologies may affect website behavior or
form submission.
Retention And Security
Jayde Design keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this
policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Inquiry records are usually kept for up to
24 months after the last meaningful contact unless the inquiry becomes an active client relationship or must
be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related reasons.
Jayde Design uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet
transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so Jayde Design cannot guarantee absolute
security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive
a copy of personal information about you. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing
is based on consent, lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, or appoint an authorized agent.

personal information. Jayde Design does not sell personal information and does not knowingly share personal
